My culinary journey began in my family's kitchen, where I'd sneak tastes of simmering sauces as a child. That early love of food ignited a passion that led me to pursue a culinary degree at The French Culinary Center in New York City. I had the privilege of honing my craft as a chef at renowned establishments like Bouchon, immersing myself in the art of crafting exceptional dining experiences.  

Eager to explore the broader food landscape, I transitioned to the specialty distribution side at Paris Gourmet. There, I discovered a new passion for artisan ingredients and honed my sales acumen. My journey continued with direct experience on the manufacturer side, representing esteemed brands like Cinco Jotas, Acornseekers, and Les Vergers Boiron. Throughout these 15 years, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by incredible products struggling to gain the recognition they deserve.

I knew there had to be a better way. A way to combine the passion of a food lover with the savvy of a seasoned sales pro. That's how Gourmet Grove was born.
